Music Video: Bodies - Drowning Pool Feat. Benny Hinn
Posted by: biggandy, in Christianity, HumorBenn Hinny, in conjunction with Windup Records, Drowning Pool, and the Universal Church of the Almighty Dollar, has released his first “direct to Youtube” music video “Let The Suckers Hit the Floor”. He hopes this will be the first in a long line of internet hits that will rocket him into international popstardom and help continue to line his pockets with other peoples money for a long time to come.
And sometimes we wonder why Christians have a tough time making inroads into popular culture. This type of snake-oil-salesman tactics unfortunately work not only on the week minded but those who are truly skeptical and fervently want to believe in something beyond themselves.
Whoever came up with the tie in to the Drowning Pool song “Bodies” has it dead on at least with regards to old Benny there. Charlatan, false teacher, but really good singer *wink*.
