A handy technique for fast and easy skinning of squirrels. Especially useful for SHTF and TEOTWAWKI scenarios. You don’t want to send half the morning skinning the animals you just took, you want to be able to skin and dress them quickly for the meal, cook them and move on.
And when you are ready to cook those tasty critters here are some suggested recipes.
Tastier than bacon and eggs and you won’t need a culinary arts school degree to cook these little guys. Some salt, pepper, and fire will do the job nicely.
