Remember the scene from the second trailer that was released on Youtube from everyone with a handicam and we all thought a woman was being attacked by little Monstrouses behind a curtain?

Well, goto trailers.apple.com and look at it in high def, especially starting at 1:11. I think we are seeing a Monstrous Transformation taking place. A woman appears to be expanding quite violently and unnaturally.
