Don’t worry about the high price typical IT Consultants charge.  I don’t design portal interfaces or host websites.  I don’t custom program Perl or PHP scripts for your enterprise database, nor do I integrate your phone, washing machine, and computer into one shared device accessible from a satellite hookup.  I don’t sell upgrades or suggest addons my “buddy” has available on an online auction website at a deeply “discounted” price.

I just make your computer work, period.

And if I can’t, you won’t pay.  And there’s no extra cost if your machine requires work I can’t provide onsite to complete the job.  Pickup and delivery (if necessary) is included free.

When I’m done I’ll present you with the three things you need to know and do to help keep your newly refreshed Windows based PC working efficiently.

For home users I’ll hit you up for 50 bucks.  That’s it.  50 minutes or 5 hours, same price.  Pick up and drop off?  Still 50 dollars.  25 up front and 25 when you’re happy.  And if it’s broke beyond a reasonable repair (it can be), then you get your 25 back.  “Beyond Reasonable Repair” being Windows is so mangled by the infestations the only way to make the machine workable again is a complete reinstall of Windows and other software.  Sorry, no, I don’t do these types of reinstalls, you get your 25 back.

For business users, it’s a bit more, but not much… 75 per machine (50 up front and 25 when you’re happy).  Still a lot cheaper than the big box stores and a bit more reliable than your nephew Charlie who is “good with computers”.  I have been in the IT field with a local major University for over 10 years, A+ Certification, and all the extra training I can get from the department.

But I’m not a slave to money.  Ask to see if we can do business the old fashioned way, barter.
